These have been around now for a while – but we still love them for their sheer yummy-ness! Serve them with dried fruits, fresh fruits, walnut bread, quince paste, good port, champagne, nuts – what ever you love – you can’t go wrong.
If selecting the cheeses yourself, be sure to go to a specialty cheese shop (such as the ones listed below) and taste plenty of varieties to make your final selection. Ask the shop owner what they would recommend.They will have many varieties of cheese to choose from.
As this is to be your ‘wedding cake’, think of serving home made marshmallows and hot chocolate to your guests before they go home – for that sweet farewell!
